Maybe not exactly self-watering, but enjoys self-feeding. We are on our way out for the remainder of the weekend, and made a quick stop at Rosa's.
Our fully walking monster now has a favorite pair of shoes. I bought him some of those summer Keen sandals, and he brings them to us so we can put them on him. No wonder. He can walk on everything , including the cat food he dumped all over the floor, and feel no pain.
Also, since maybe Apr-May Jason retired the maya wrap and now takes L for his daily walk in the jog stroller. The transition happened after my Dad's heart attack. Dad was taking mini- walks several times a day and wanted Lachlan with him, so he put him in an umbrella stroller my patents keep at their house. So starting with 5 minute increments, L grew comfortable with strollers. Good for me, I can't carry him around for a 45 minute walk.

His eyes are changing color. Whereas they were once a kind of grey blue, there are now spots of amber in a green blue. Maybe they will go to brown.
