Our little man just had a big weekend. Jason drove into Dallas on Thursday in order to do some stuff for his work, and I flew into Dallas, alone with Lachlan on Friday. We had a great flight, Lachlan was sure to flirt with the flight attendant, who told him she could look at him all day! He know how to get attention... Then we met up with our friend Brian who took us all out to our regular Vietnamese place-yum.
On Saturday we had our Bradley reunion, 4 marvelous couples were represented and managed to make it with their little ones in tow... We had some electronic updates from another two. One couple had a sick little one, and the last one fell off of the planet, I guess. Lachlan's new (first friends, really, he's know them since his time in the
womb) friends are Lucy, Wil, & Harper. And it all went amazingly well. They were all so well behaved for over 3 hours, and they just played together on a blanket in the park, no one cried, not once! They were all curious about one another, and I still cannot believe that these were the little bumps that I met almost a year ago.
Then we spent the rest of the weekend at our friend's house, Horactio & Patricia, (they had not seen Lachlan) and Lachlan had a great time, playing with their kids, Juliana, Hector and Horactio, Jr. Hector and Horacio took a very special interest in Lachlan, Does he have friends? and my very favorite, What does he do for fun?
