Our little baby has become quite the little yogi, able to easily munch on his toes on his own, and he can hold the "boat" pose through an entire diaper change. He is sitting up on his own, and spending more time everyday in his crib. He also moves around more during the night, affecting my sleep, but I feel like I get to see his development of his mobility at a time when noone else does, so that is nice too. I am a little selfish. This week on my way out to work, I told Lachlan he was so cute and soft, I told him I wanted to eat him up. Jason said, Lockie, do you want to be in Mommy's tummy again? Then I aid I would have to birth him again. Jason said I would most likely not let him out again. True. I really loved those 9 months I had him all to myself.

Friday Night Happy Hours
We met up with friends for drinks for the first time in a while, and Lachlan came along for some end-of -week socializing and a well-deserved break from his weekly routine. He was a little head-turner, getting lots of attention from the various childless tables, and more than a few tipsy ladies remarking how pretty he is. Always nice to hear. We wound up having a really nice time, and were at the restaurant for around 4 hours, (630-1030) and he was such a little gem! He was so happy the whole time and he just laughed and flirted and allowed us some time with other adults, which was very nice. The little video attached is from last night.
